- Copied 00_basic_ideas.txt from base game and updated to have TaistoMod idea restrictions (there was something about khanates and aristocracy that might be fixed by this?)
- Added 3% discipline to Caucasian ideas (Gazikumukh)
- Added 3% discipline to Crimean ideas that were added in 1.27
- Added 3% discipline to Horde ideas
- Added 3% discipline to Silesian ideas
- Added 3% discipline to Liege ideas
- Added 5% discipline to Berber ideas (LizarDAMN's first country, as opposed to the others above)
- Added a decision for Crimea to swap from Horde ideas (current) to Crimean ideas
- Added a one-time decision for Genoa to annex the two trade cities and two vassals AI created for it

- All player nations without discipline or with less than 5% discipline in their national ideas received +5% discipline on some existing military idea or tradition/ambition.
- Offensive ideas may only be picked when defensive ideas have not been picked and vice versa
- Quality ideas may only be picked when quantity ideas have not been picked and vice versa
- Policy "Weapon Quality Standards" (+5% discipline, Economic-Quality) changed to -10% regiment cost, -10% reinforce cost
- Policy "Modern Firearm Techniques" (+20% infantry power, Innovative-Quality) changed to +10% fort defence, +10% siege ability
- Policy "Horse Artillery" (+10% artillery power, Offensive-Economic) changed to +10% morale recovery, +1 leader pool
- Forced March removed
- Amount of states from early tech levels reduced slightly
